| Feb 4/14 We recently had Annette as our listing agent. She is a very positive person. When she came over to list our home, she gave us decluttering, and home staging ideas to help market our property in the best possible way. Advertising in the Windsor Star and the Real Estate papers are just a few of the ways she gave our property exposure to the potential purchasers of our home. She kept us informed with any feedback on any showings we had on our home. When we got an offer from a prospective buyer, she was a tough negotiator, getting us the best possible price for our home. We also had follow up calls from her to make sure if we had any questions, to just contact her. | March 2013 I recently decided after many years in our family home to downsize. I decided that I would contact the 2 biggest names in the city to give me a price on my house which is located in Tecumseh. First I called Re/Max and had them come out and give me a price, I then called Royal LePage Binder Real Estate, Annette O'Neil. After Annette had come through, she left to do a Market Evaluation and returned in hand with comparables and a suggested list price. This is where it gets interesting. Annette's listing price was substantially higher than the Re/Max price. I thought the large amount to be impossible. Annette assured me that this is her selling area and the Re/max price was," well, just too low!" I gave Annette the listing of my house. She set off to work, first by helping me stage the home and having me remove items, doing advertising and an open house within a week. We had a ton of showings. Within 2 weeks Annette had secured a multiple offer situation. Not only did I sell my house quickly but I sold it for $28,000 more than what Re/Max suggested I would get. Annette's honesty, integrity and hard work is a testimonial in its self. I would not hesitate to recommend her for all your real estate needs. I would also like to add that when I bought my new townhome, I was always told there is no negotiations on the price of a new build, well Annette got me $500 off and a garage door opener!
