I have been a real estate agent for eleven years, and during that time I have won a number of awards, including Rookie of the Year my first year in the business. My background in counselling has given me excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize with my clients' situations. As someone who has lived in three countries and four states, I understand the stress of a long distance move, and will be there to smooth the way for you whether you are moving here, or away. I focus my work on Active Adult (55 and over) clients, second home buyers/sellers, and residential resales.
In addition to my expert real estate skills, I have earned several designations, or specialty training certificates. These are:

E-Pro, a technical designation showing expertise with current technology
Seniors Real Estate Specialist or SRES
I have taken classes in Staging, Mortgage Fraud, Feng Shui for Realtors, Appraisals, Negotiation Skills, and a huge variety of courses to enhance my skills and abilities. There is no aspect of residential real estate sales that I have not studied.
