Ann was a Certified Residential Specialist as well as a Graduate of the Realtor®  Institute. She earned the EcoBroker® certification in 2007 and the Certified Distressed Property Expert designation in 2009. She has studied short sales and foreclosures to stay tuned with the current market and has successfully sold both short sales and bank-owned properties. Ann has a B.A. and J.D. from the University of Chicago. She practiced law for 23 years before deciding she wanted to travel away from Flagstaff as little as possible and went into a line of work that is local -- selling Flagstaff real estate! 

Ann has retired and left her business in the capable hands of the Elite Team at RE/MAX Peak Properties in Flagstaff, AZ. Her colleagues, Eric Davis and Jessica Garard, are both experienced agents who take wonderful care of our clients.
