A Very Brief Bio.

 I have lived in Florida since the late 40's, first arriving in Jacksonville, where I grew up. My husband and I moved to So. Florida in 1965, first in Pompano Bch/ Ft Lauderdale, then Ft. Pierce and finally before moving back to Jacksonville in 1989 we spent 15 years in Vero Bch. where I began my career in real estate.

Taking the time to answer your questions and concerns. We will discuss your Family, Work, Lifestyle, Finances, and Why you are purchasing a home, as all of these things impact Directly your home purchase. We will discuss what I do and how I will work for you. 

Flexibility. Your time frame is what we will work with, not mine.

Are you just beginning your search for your "dream home" and would rather not be bothered or feel pressured. All you want is information and the ability to do searches for neighborhoods and homes, and have someone to answer a question now and then. I will set you up on a program that will let you do searches just like I do, with the ability to change your searches on your own, maybe you would like to look at another area, a different price range. You will be able to do this at No Charge to You.

Or, you might be under the pressure of a faster time frame, because of a job, family needs or any circumstance that may causes you to need a little faster or a very fast purchase. In that instance we will kick into high gear, I will expedite every step.
