At twenty one years old, I purchased my first property and saw the value in investing in real estate for long-term wealth and financial stability. I enjoy sharing my enthusiasm and love of the business with my clients. There is nothing more rewarding than helping a first time home buyer purchase their first home, finding an investor a great piece of property to add to their portfolio, or helping a family buy their dream home. I love the Real Estate profession, and it shows through in my work and interaction with my clients.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, going to the beach, riding my bike on the boardwalk, reading, cooking, and traveling. I currently live in Ocean Beach with my husband Ben, my young son Ben Jr., and my Bulldog Bosco.
My education coupled with my experience working in different areas of the real estate industry have proven to be a tremendous value to my clients. Prior to obtaining my Real Estate Brokers license, I worked for an Escrow company, and was also part of the management team at the number one wholesale lending division in the nation at Deutsche Bank. My knowledge of the loan and escrow process, negotiation skills, and marketing strategies have helped me successfully close transactions for my clients. I earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from San Diego State University in 2003 and am an active member of the Mortage Bankers Association. I am committed to continuous learning to expand my personal and professional development in order to add value to the service that I provide for my clients.
