Get to Know Anthony Homer
My name is Anthony Homer. I am a Commercial Real Estate Associatecovering Sarasota and Manatee in Southwest Florida with Lakewood Ranch Commercial Real Estate.
My goal is to be your “Commercial Real Estate Problem Solver”. I do this by networking with other professionals in related fields such as law, finance and construction as well as constantly researching the commercial property markets.
I specialize in Lakewood Ranch commercial real estate sales and leasing, covering the Sarasota and Manatee Counties. In addition to solid commercial real estate knowledge and experience, my background includes the management of over half a million square feet of office and retail space in Lakewood Ranch and downtown Sarasota. I have served as a tenant representative to several national and global companies and represented a broad range of clientele including start-up retailers and Fortune 500 companies with multi-billion dollar portfolios.
As a Tenant Representative I having worked with several national and global companies with their commercial real estate requirements. Through active involvement in the Sarasota and Lakewood Ranch commercial and economic development organizations, I am able to keep my finger on the pulse of the local market and how best to leverage that knowledge for clients. My knowledge of the Sarasota and Manatee county areas helps match businesses to the commercial real estate that matches their specific needs.
I graduated from Liberty University in 2001 and hold a Bachelor of Science in Communications & Marketing. My high degree of community involvement gives me a unique perspective and insight into the local commercial real estatemarket, enabling me to assist in fulfilling a broad range of commercial real estate requirements.
