Get to Know Antony Francis
I dropped out of college during my junior year in 1990, because I discovered real estate as a career, and I started making as much as I would have with a MBA. After 6 years selling homes in Buffalo NY I was recruited by National Real Estate Guru Floyd Wickman, in Troy Michigan, as his Business Manager. I then became VP of Program Development and designed the marketing plan for introducing training programs to real estate agents around the country. I was then recruited by Realtor.com, a division of RealSelect, now Move.com, to work as a National Speaker. I spoke to audiences in all but 5 states ranging from 30-3000 attendees, teaching agents how to better market themselves and their properties. I also worked as National Sales Trainer for the company and taught internally to the large sales force. I helped pioneer online learning for Realtor.com and wrote the territory management plan the company used. Since being laid off in late 2002, I worked as CEO of RealEstatePowerTools.com and as a technology integration consultant for Coldwell Banker NRT Florida. I have also completed my Degree in Business with a focus on Organizational Innovation, and I have returned full circle to a very successful Real Estate career. I currently have my license with Charles Rutenberg Realty, and have been there since December 2003.
