My name is Alicia O’Connell. I am a Licensed Community Association Manager, Real Estate Sales Associate and Notary Public. I have been a resident of Port Orange since 1992 and been LCAM since 2004. I have managed condominiums in Daytona Beach Shores, Ponce Inlet, Port Orange and Daytona Beach since 2004.
I am married to Mike, a real estate broker, since 2008 and together we have seven children. We are proud to call this area our home and would love for you to call it home as well.

As a community association manager for over 15 years, I have overseen extensive concrete restoration projects in excess of $5.5 million dollars. I have worked closely with the Boards of Directors, vendors and project managers to restore the buildings to their grandeur and to successfully keep these properties in pristine condition.
I am responsible for all day to day operations including but not limited to administration and clerical duties, budgets (operating and reserves), overseeing maintenance and housekeeping personnel, overseeing landscaping maintenance, attending Board workshops and meetings and working with all committees.
