| My first contact with Tom was at a moment of desparation. I needed an appraiser to immediately go to a site and get me a report the same day. I needed someone who was an expert in the field I could trust to appraise a unique property. Tom came highly recommended from a business partner so I gave him a call. He immediately jumped to my rescue and was able to get the report to me the same day. Everyone involved in the transaction was most grateful for his excellent service and knowledge. The HVCC (Housing Valuation Code of Conduct) was enacted shortly thereafter and I no longer have the ability to choose my appraiser however, if I could, it would be Tom Horn. If you are thinking of putting your house on the market, you should think of getting an appraisal up front. This is reassurance your house is listed at the right price.
