We are wholesalers and rehabbers. We only rehab a select few homes per year, but we get lots of leads for 10 - 50 cents on the dollar, so we wholesale as well. We only have a few local investors in our database for wholesale, so if you are interested, drop me an email.
I also remember how tough it was getting started investing in real estate. That is why in my free time, I try to help new investors any way I can. I belong to several bulletin boards where I do this, including MagicBullets.com. My usual handle on the boards is TommyOH. I guess it's my way of giving back.

We have been most successful with REO's. We also have had much success with Sub2, Short Sales, and wholesaling. Our main focus on our website is helping people in foreclosure to help themselves. Of course we do offer alternatives to them if they just want out.
