About Amanda Simpson
My passion for real estate is fueled by my need to give back to my community. Purchasing or selling a home is the largest transaction most consumers will make, and I strive to deliver world-class service during this exciting time to earn your trust and confidence. My commitment to you continues long after your transaction is complete. My goal is to build strong, lifelong relationships that compel you, my valued client, to give your heartfelt endorsement to your friends, family, and neighbors. You can rest assured anyone you introduce to me will receive the same level of commitment I pledge to you. Your endorsement is the heart of my business!
I was born and raised in southern Indiana, graduating salutatorian and Magna Cum Laud of Eastern High School's class of 2002. After graduation, attended Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis, majoring in Business Administration: Finance and Accounting. I obtained my Indiana Real Estate Salesperson License in 2004 and practiced real estate at Keller Williams Realty in Indianapolis, Indiana. I deployed to Iraq in 2007-2008 as a Military Police officer, and our mission was to train the Iraqi Police to be a self-sustaining police force in Baghdad. Upon returning to the United States, I relocated from Indiana to Fayetteville, North Carolina, obtained my North Carolina Real Estate Broker's License, and began serving the Fort Bragg area's real estate needs. In my free time, I enjoy tending to my small garden and making homemade soap.
I specialize in investment transactions, distressed sales, and long distance transactions.
