When my clients and I choose to work together, I serve them in three ways. The first is as their consultant. As a consultant, I will ask thoughtful questions to help discover what's really important to THEM because what's important to them is really important to me (and should be to the person representing their interests). The second role is as their negotiator. As their negotiator, I will treat their money like it is my own. Because I treat their money like it's mine, when it comes to making them money or saving them money, I take that responsibility very seriously, and when appropriate will go to battle for them. Sooner or later, they will become aware that my negotiating skills alone are worth every penny that I am paid. My third role is as the person who oversees the details of their transaction. Every transaction has 125-175 pieces of paper requiring upward of 60 signatures and initials AND 100-150 phone calls alone (each loaded with critical details). As you know, every i must be dotted and every t must be crossed because the legal implications of a mistake during this process can be very costly to them. There are 47 different people from 14 different industries that get involved in a typical real estate transaction, which creates a lot of "integrated complexity". I am very experienced and systemetrized to create a smooth, enjoyable transaction for any client you refer my way.
Before they make any real estate decisions, it is in their best interest to spend time with a real estate consultant that will listen vigilantly to their needs, goals, and dreams. You must find a real estate agent who is out of "survival mode" and able to make recommendations based on the clients' needs, not THEIR need to close a deal and earn a commission. With a thriving real estate business, I am able to sit down, consult with clients about their true, core goals and determine the best course of action.
I always have time to listen and offer counsel to anyone you refer to me in the Woodland area.
I believe in learning to be great at one thing rather than pretty good at a lot of things. My area of real estate expertise is residential homes in Woodland, CA.
