Our corporate headquarters in Virginia houses our "Outreach" marketing facility which is a tool unprecedented in the auction business and is what separates us from the competition. It connects us to the buyers, investors and brokers in a way that is not common place in today's real estate marketing efforts.

We personalize the auctions with personal invitations based on a buyer or broker's interest on a particular piece or type of property being offered. Most marketing is done through general audience or demographic marketing, but not with Premier.

We take the basic demographics of the property and use a "client match" approach to target the marketing dollars to those individuals who have expressed an interest in that type of property with those features. We then send hi-definition electronic brochures of the property and follow up with an auction coordinator team that assist the buyer with due-diligence, financing even travel arrangements if needed.

This approach mixes the personal touch of the realtors with the accelerated capability of the auction marketing method to attract more potential buyers which generates more bids and that translates into more money.

Although we will evaluate any property for FREE, we specialize in the sunbelt states but are extremely well branded in the entire state of Florida. My teams are specifically focused on "new construction", "fractured developements", "Lots" with completed infrastructure and finally "short sale auctions".
