Are U Ready to buy a property? I recommend to my clients to write down what you liked and didn't like about a property after I show you around. Develop a rating system that will help narrow what you have seen. For example, pick the property you like best on day one and compare all others to it. When you find a better one, use the new favorite as the gold standard you will compare too. What community amenities you like best? cloeness of neighbors? commercial? A rated school? and so on.

| It's simple, he's the best in the buisness.....period. I gave him short notice I was in town to buy a home and he dedicated an entire day to looking at houses. | Let me first start off saying that we had another agent who tried to sell our house and was, well let's say, not a decent agent at all.
