I was born in Washington State and have been living in Hilo for the past 5 years. My Polynesian background is Tahitian and love the island lifestyle. For fun my daughter and I have started a Tahitian Dance troop which is called Tauhere (My Love). It is the middle name of my daughter and the group name because our dances reflect the love that we have for the Polynesian Culture.
