By repositioning your own furnishings and editing what needs to be taken out, we can create a refreshing living space within a shorter period of time and for a limited budget. Although we incorporate as much of your existing décor as possible in order to keep costs to a minimum, we may suggest adding new pieces. When necessary we will supplement your furnishings with rental accessories from our inventory or source out pieces for you to purchase directly. Staging services for occupied homes are available for as little as $800.*Vacant Home StagingIt is difficult for buyers to see themselves living in an often cold, vacant house where every crack and chip stands out. We offer a valuable service for Staging vacant homes. Using our extensive inventory, we will turn your house into a warm, inviting home.We can stage one room or your entire house, depending on your needs and budget. Unique to vacant home Staging, we will supervise all cosmetic work, if needed, and our fee will include final Staging, delivery and takedown of furniture. Once we have viewed the property and determined your needs, we will present you with a Proposal that includes all Staging fees and rental fees associated with inventory placement.
