Barbara is not only one of the top REALTORS® in the California Association of REALTOR’S®, she is also a very active member of the community.   Barbara began her career in 1987, joining Coldwell Banker DuFour Realty, earning the distinction of being the Top Selling Agent from  1998 to 2012.  In doing so, she has built a "Reputation for Results" in providing impeccable service to her clients.

Barbara has a through understanding of land value and knowledge of new home construction has made her a highly regarded and most sought after realtor.  She continues to develop ongoing relationships with builders, investors, home buyers and sellers.

She has lived in Chico her entire life and has been involved in many community activities including fundraising for local schools.  She currently serves as a founding member of the Gateway Science Museum for the California State University, Chico.
