| I had a real tough short sale that lasted over a year. The bank would say yes to the sale, the buyer would fall out, the bank would say no because of some obscure law they haven't followed in fifty years. Indy Mac would lose stuff all the time and was a complete nightmare. Barbara not only stayed with me when I bet most Realtors would have given up she fought for me with the banks when they were playing games. She is a solid Realtor who's work ethic is bar none. We finally got everyone to play with us and the condo was sold and out of my life. If not for Barbara I probably would have a foreclosure on my credit report, because I wanted to quit lot of times and before you say she just wanted the money. She made very little for almost two years worth a work, I think she just has pride to finish a job and see it through. If you choose Barbara you will get top notch out of this world service, good luck. |
