Thank you for visiting my Active Rain page. It's hard to believe but I have been in mortgage lending now for more than 15 years! I guess time flies when you are having fun!!
I have survivied raising 3 children (mostly) and my husband and I have been married for almost 30 years now! We love spending time with our family and friends and our furry four legged friends too!
When not helping people buy/refinance their homes, we enjoy travelling, exploring wineries and supporting our local sports teams...Go Hawks!!
Being a loan officer has allowed me to meet an amazing number of people over the years that started out as clients and business partners, but I have ended up being able to call my friends! That makes coming to work everyday not only fun, but meaningful!

| My wife and I were first-time home buyers when we met Barb and Christie Taggart (KW Puyallup) at a Home Buyer Education Seminar where they introduced us to the ins and outs of purchasing real estate. We were overwhelmed at first by the complexity of the process but Barb and Christie were exceptional teachers who patiently worked with us for nearly a year before we found the right home. We were looking for a historic house that needed TLC and Barb was always ready to offer her input on prospective properties and quickly identify financing options and potential issues. We had a great time getting to know Barb and look forward to working with her and Christie again someday. |

| Barbara helped me through a refinance. She was very responsive, let me know about the process every step of the way. When she needed something from me she would explain the reasons and would even stop by my house to pick up documents if they were needed in a hurry. My refi went quickly and smoothly, I ended with a rate and new mortgage payment that surprised me! I would definitely use Barbara again and highly recommend her services to others. |

| Barb has helped us with several purchases and refinances. She is very knowledgeable and thorough. The loan process in itself can sometimes be a bit overwhelming but Barb helps you through it. She made sure our loan papers were complete and anticipated anything the processor may request. This made our loan go a lot smoother and quicker.
