I have sold real estate for over 22 years as a Broker, Managing Broker of over 80 agents and a Designated Broker of my own real estate firm. I have been a Site and Community Sale Manager for local new construction projects and communities. I have taught First Time Buyer Certification Education for WA State Housing Finance Corp's House Key Program. In today's market, I have sold REOs which are Bank Owned Foreclosures, Short Sales and HUD repos. I love to negotiate and get the best deal for my sellers and the best property available for my buyers.
I have taught WA State Housing, House Key Program for First Time Buyers for over 16 years. I specalize in new construction and resale of single family homes, townhouses and condos. I mentor other Real Estate Brokers and am a WA State Certified Instructor for Continuning Education. I have also worked with Foreclosures, REOs, HUD Repos and Short Sales.
