We keep current of all transactions in these areas, and we're also very knowledgeable about our local schools. Personal We moved to St George from Northern California in 1994 and have over 50 years combined experience in real estate. In addition to being experts in representing both buyers and sellers in real estate transactions, we are also experts in Staging your home to take advantage of the best features of the home and to downplay the least attractive features of the home. Staging your home helps create an emotional bond between the buyer and the home and is the key to success. In addition to staying very busy in our real estate business, we are also very involved in our community and volunteer for numerous organizations which benefit children and in our Rotary Club where Annette served as Charter President.
