Sales tour buses are used by U.S. based sales operations to bring potential California and Arizona buyers of land lots to view the offerings to build a house on in Baja, Mexico. If there is a purchase of a land lot in Baja, it may not turn out as pitched and promised in sales materials and verbal representations of the sellers. You have no consumer rights or effective avenues for resolution of purchase disputes per se [and that I know of] in Baja, MX. Buyers should be warned of the pitfalls of buying land lots in a foreign country such as Mexico.
