I've been in the real estate business for over 15 years. My career began while I lived in Los Angeles. I worked for a commercial developer. Upon my return to Michigan I joined another commercial developer firm in Detroit. I was promoted to property manager. I left due to the downsize of the company and sought out my residential real estate license. I also hold a builder's salesperon license and I am the new construction expert!
I love working with first time buyers and educating them on the buying process. There are so many programs out there that the average realtor doesn't even know about. I have a great lender that I work with who keeps me informed on all the latest and greatest.
I also am the new construction expert. I have 5 years experience working for a high end custom home builder. In addition to my regular real estate business, I am currently representing another builder in a condo complex.
