Palo Alto, California native and recent San Diego transplant, Ben has embraced his new home and family wholeheartedly. Recently married to his wife, Kendall, who is a native San Diegan, they spend their free time walking, going to the beach, surfing, and finding the latest and greatest open homes to explore. Growing up in a family of ten, Ben learned at a young age the difference between a house and a home. A house is merely a building, but a home is the location, the people who are in it, the people who visit, the activities that ensue – this makes a home worth the investment of one’s time and money. Ben appreciates the unique coastal real estate in San Diego and has developed his passion for finding clients their home. Prior to working with Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty, Ben came from a fast-paced work environment in the Bay Area with Baskin Investment Group (BIG). While pursuing his Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies at Seattle Pacific University, he also co-founded the BLT Group LLC, a family-run, long-term real estate investment group located in Seattle. These environments equipped him with the skills to pair data-driven analysis and investment strategies to ensure the best outcome for his clients, whether their goal is searching for an investment property or a place to call home.
