It's important to me to communicate thoroughly with clients to educate them on the home buying and selling process.  When I purchased my first home, my realtor didn't fully explain the contract I signed and took advantage of my naivete for her own financial benefit.  My first priority is to make sure I find the best property possible no matter what the price range and that all clients are treated with professionalism and respect.
