I am intensely involved and active in the market in Dickson.  I have served on the Board of Directors for the Dickson County Chamber of Commerce and continue to serve on the Tourism Board for the Chamber of Commerce.  Additionally, I sit on the Planning and Zoning Commission for the City of Dickson.  I served as Chair for the Commercial Development Committee for the Dickson County Mayor's Three Star Committee in obtaining that State of Tennessee designation and availabilty to grant funds.  I am intensely involved in numerous charity endeavors, most importantly to me, I am team captain of The Parrotheads Relay for Life team, which is a group of friends who have participated in Relay For Life for the past 6 years and have raised over $30,000 (our team only) for cancer research.  I am a member of First Baptist Church, Dickson.  I also host along with my best friend a radio show on our local radio station WDKN 1260 am, The Prissy Hen Social Hour.
