Get to Know Beth Hand
Originally from Kansas, I have been living in Southern New Mexico since 1994 and licensed to sell real estate since 1995.
I have a different approach to selling and have never been the hard-sell type. I am an "approval junkie" and I believe in outstanding customer service! I like to surprise and "Wow" clients with exceptional service and unexpected surprises.
I am very active in the community and most of my busines is from referrals from friends and from my activity in the local clubs such as the Chamber of Commerce, etc. If you can go above and beyond the rest, then your name will be passed around and business will continue to grow and thrive.
With buyers, I enjoy showing them the cool things that Las Cruces has to offer. Whether they end up purchasing, renting or if they are just looking, I have fun spending time with them and getting to know them. I feel like whatever I can do to make their relocation less stressful then I have done my job. I have a network of professionals such as veterinarians, dentists, doctors, homebuilders, remodelers, etc. that I can recommend to new residents.
For seller clients, I stay on top of the latest trends to get their homes out there and with the most visibility as possible. I work closely with the other realtors in town and have found that even though we are all competitors, we are all friends working together.
The past couple of years have been a challenge and it has taught me countless lessons. I feel like by the simple fact that I am still excited about selling homes says a lot about how I have been able to cope with the ups and downs of this business. If I didn't love what I was doing, I probably would have been an "ex" realtor by now!
Finally, I believe that we are at the end of the real estate down turn and that Las Cruces will see an amazing rebound in the next year or two. I look forward to working with you!
