My name is Beverly Usher. I am a real estate professional and buyer’s broker with Exit Pro Realty in Rogers, Arkansas. My real estate career began as Director of Research at Levitt and Sons in Los Angeles, California. I served as president of Condominium Communities Corporation in Culver City, California, which specialized in converting apartment complexes into condominium communities. I received national recognition for my work at CCC, and was featured in the LA Times and national trade magazines for the most successful condominium conversions of the time nationwide. I later sold lakeside town homes in the Fairfield Communities of Flagstaff, Arizona. My family and I relocated to the Arkansas River Valley in 1982 and I earned my Arkansas broker’s license in 1985. Drawn to the beauty and diversity of Northwest Arkansas in 2002, I managed my own brokerage firm for 4 years before becoming a member of the Exit Pro Realty team in 2010.

My three decades of real estate experience have provided me with the background and experience to walk with my clients thru the most difficult real estate transactions with ease. I have negotiated my way through mazes of attorneys, banks, mortgage companies, realtors, title companies, and asset managers to help my clients achieve their real estate dreams. I enjoy the wide range of cultural activities that Northwest Arkansas provides, but my favorite activities are playing with my grandchildren and boating on Beaver Lake. I am looking forward to roaming the new Crystal Bridges American Art Complex in Bentonville upon its completion. Central to my life are the people and activities at New Life Christian Center in Centerton, Arkansas.
