Born in Dallas & raised in Ft. Worth, I received my Bachelors in Music Ed & Master of Music from Texas University. I did further graduate work & received a Ph.D. from Texas Tech University. I taught music at Texas U. & Texas Tech, & have been inducted in the International "Who's Who" in music. I sang professionally in contemporary Christian groups & choirs. I was a junior high choir director & was on faculty at Butler University & University of Indianapolis, teaching music theory and piano.
My husband Charles & I moved to Indy in 1989. I was a Realtor for 21 years, both with a large independent broker then two large franchises. I was very successful at listing homes. After I sold over 1,000 properties, I formulized what I did that made me so successful. The result is the Take That Listing system.
I have my CRS & GRI designations, & am a graduate of the Real Estate Academy of Leadership. I have a beautiful daughter, Caitlin, who is 13 years old, and tweo Morkie puppies, Hot Dog and CoCo. I enjoy karate (3rd degree black belt), watching movies, reading and swimming. I especially love boating at our lake house in Heritage Lake.
