Buying and selling of distressed properties (any price point), probates, absentee owners, landlords, short sales (commercial and residential) from investors and homeowners who are struggling to make their payments or have stopped making their payments on Option ARM, Fixed Rate, ARM Interest Only and other loans. These loans are almost always secured by properties that have decreased in value to the point where the property is worth far less than the amount outstanding on the loan. Upon the acquisition of a property, it is, depending on the dynamics of the deal sold to a cash buyer who will do some fix up and hold the property as a rental or sell it to an end user for a profit.


We are very excited about our proven seller financing programs for home buyers who have employment, a down payment but cannot due to market conditions or credit issues obtain a loan—well, we have that problem solved.  We have implemented a proven program that works in any market where unsellable houses are legitimately sold to unloanable buyers.
