I think that a buyer or seller wants to work with me because of my ability to care about their needs and then to get the results that are necessary for them to move on or up in the market.  Clidnts know that if I don't know an answer to a question that they may have, that I know how to get the answers for them.  I always put the client first and make it fun and enjoyable even at the most challenging times. 

I have a AAA in Business Administration and am proud of my learning.  I hold an ABR, which is Accredited Buyers Representative, GRI  Graduate of Realtor Institue and the CDPRE accreditation that means that I am certified to help people whose property may be in or going toward distress with the bank.  I just received my CRS Designation and hope to continue to serve my clients with great information and skill.p>
