| Rob Ross and Real Estate, they pretty much go hand and hand. I can’t imagine doing anything else. You’ve heard of being born with a “silver spoon” in your mouth, well I was born with a “silver key” in my hand. As early as five, I remember joining my mom, Nancy Ross at her open houses. I remember us showing property as we passed the Santa Cruz Museum of Natural History. After high school, I was educated at St Mary’s College. I was drawn to the Liberal Arts Major, due to the fact of wanting to enjoy all the different subjects St. Mary’s had to offer. I have always enjoyed math and how it can be applied to real life situations, such as real estate so minoring in Economics allowed me to perfect that skill.
After graduating from college, and a brief time in sales at Ricoh Business Solutions, I knew that the culmination of my education, family legacy, and personal drive and ambition, that real estate was definitely the business I wanted to make my lifelong career. My wife and son and I are blessed to continue to live in this beautiful area of Santa Cruz, we enjoy the beaches and the incredible weather.
Because client satisfaction is my number one concern, I recognize and insist on open honest communication from all those I work with, including vendors and support staff. I personally make it a policy to not only return calls promptly, I also commit to communicating with all my past clients at least four times a year-just to stay in touch!
