My foundation is accounting. You can bet I focus on the details. I started in the real estate business in 1982 as a financial analyst for one of the largest tax shelter syndicators in the nation. When I left that firm to start Virtual Office Realty, I was the Senior Vice President and Designated Broker responsible for a multi-billion dollar portfolio of properties.
In 1997 I started using technology to help my clients buy and sell homes. At that time, real estate agents were selling homes out of printed book which was published weekly. My clients, on the other hand, were emailed listings daily and many times were able to buy homes before the sign was installed in the yard!
