Bill has helped my wife Teresa and I both with purchasing and selling real estate for ten years. Since he is honest to the smallest detail, has a wealth of knowledge about the Casfiers / Highands plateau and is beyond generous with his time and is an excellent negotiator with clients, We are happy to recommend Bill without reservation and would be happy to talk with anyone to provide more information about him.

Bill is a great Realtor, with tons of area knowledge and great skills helping negotiate. He stuck with us over a 9 month period and through 2 failed contracts. He got to know us so well finally finding just the right place and it did not conform to our original spec list. No one knows Sapphire Valley like Bill. You'd do great to let Bill help you too. Thanks, Bill!

Bill has been in the area for a long time. We were very specific about what we were looking for, and we thought it would be hard to find but Bill's familiarity with the area allowed us to find so many properties that we had a difficult time choosing. When a seller was taking their time responding to an offer, he was in constant contact with us and the seller's representative so we were aware of what was going on. I felt very comfortable with Bill. As the buyer's agent, he doesn't get paid unless a purchase is made. He spent A LOT of time with us and helping us, but never did I feel pressure from him to make a purchase. I highly recommend him.

Bill was very pleasant to work with, a true professional. He was particularly helpful in informing us about the differences between different communities, a very important step in the home buying process for us. Thanks Bill, we love our new home!
