I have been a Licensed Salesperson/ Associate Broker for 13 years, and a Licensed/Certified Appraiser for 10 years. During that time I have been through many different Real Estate cycles, and I have learned to handle many situations that have come up. I have developed contacts that allow me to have experts in many of areas of Real Estate to consult with. I have listed and sold many homes over the course of my Real Estate career, and I have been a full-time Licensed Associate Broker for over 10 years. In addition to my work in the field I have taken many in classroom continuing education courses that have enabled me to keep abreast of the latest information and trends in Real Estate.
Over the course of Real Estate career I have specialized in the Pre-foreclosure, forclosure, and distressed property markets. I specialize in working with First-time Homebuyers, and Investors, as well as homeowners with distressed properties. I am always looking for new investors and first-time buyers. I have knowledge to help first-time buyers and investors find the properties they are looking for, and to get the deals closed. I have a team of appraisers that cover the following counties: Suffolk, Nassau, Queens, Kings, Richmond, New York, Bronx, and Westchester. We complete appraisals for any reason: purchase, refinances, REO, Retro, divorce, estates, PMI removal, pre-foreclosure, and more.
