The real estate market is tough in today's economy and with conditions the way they are ,you need a seasoned ,professional real estate agent. Qualifications would include knowledge of the area,which I have lived in for 54 years and someone whom is not afraid to ruffle a few feathers when it comes time for tough negotiating on my clients behalf ,whether buying or selling.
A person's home is normally their most valuble asset and I look at buying and selling as a business decision and try to take personal feelings out of the mix. I will be your friend; professional, courteous, reliable; but at the same time my job is to sell your home for top dollar in the least amount of time and buy your new home for the least amount possible.
My area of expertise is dealing with all kinds of people. I was in the insurance business for 31 years before starting my real estate career. I have worked with just about every kind of person imaginable and I treat everyone the same,with respect and courtesy.
My clients range from the 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom condominium to the $ 750,000 home. I work pretty much within a 50 mile radius of Birmingham and have listings and and buyer clients in different areas which keep me up to date on the real estate market in all parts of Birmingham.I believe this diversity gives me an advantage over most agents that primarily stick to one area.
