 I didn't get into the real estate business ten years ago to sit at my desk and wait for the phone to ring.. I left a successful fifteen year career at Marriott International Inc. as a National Sales Representative to pursue a position that would allow me to work with local people, build my own relationships, participate in local charities and work with growing companies. Working in real estate industry allows me to build my database one client at a time. Along with establishing strong local referral networks and creating a national brand. I enjoy and have a passion for meeting new people. I strive to put myself in a place where I will meet new people every day.. That's the KEY to our success.

If you have visited my website or this AR profile and still have not taken away that I'm very passionate about what I do as a Mortgage Professional. Then I have failed you already. My goal is to create the most relationship driven process from working with realtors to working with thier clients and vice versa. Even if we are able to team together to find business. We both know this...it has to close before we get paid.

THE PERFECT LOAN PROCESS

Starts with educating the client before we have a contract. Once a client is referred to us we meet with them in person (if possible). We explain, every detail of the loan process. But only after we LISTEN to what the clients wants and needs are first. The KEY to working and creating relationships is to understand your clients needs and wants before you go to work on thier loan or any part of the process.

Then we focus and guarantee to provide the following:

Educate our clients on what to expect throughout the loan process. Upfront, so there are no surprises.   Provide a detailed DOCUMENTATION CHECKLIST so the know exactly what we need to get started and close their loan. (each client is provided with a detailed list based on thier personal financial and income situation). COMMUNICATION: We have a Contact Management System that will keep each client aware of market fluctuations, rate increases AND decreases, Loan Process Updates at least once a week, I will personally be available to talk with clients 24/7. I believe, during this confusing lending environment that making myself available is KEY to the success of the loan process. Unexpected challenges may cause anxiety. Having an open line of comunication is necessary to guarantee the success of your loan. We like people! A detailed breakdown of the Good Faith Estimate and the HUD-1. We will guarantee that not one of our clients will sign paperwork before understanding how these documents translate and effect thier interest rate and terms of their loan. TRUST to do what we say and say what we do. If we price out a loan and the rates get worse. Then we still deliver what we promised. We understand the mortgage market and we prepare our clients upfront for potential fluctuations.

 We understand all of these promises mean nothing if we don't close on time or early. THE PERFECT LOAN PROCESS we have created allows us to do so each and every time. You see we have a TEAM of professionals working on your loan during the:

Set-Up Process (Preparing the file and confirming all documents are completed and legiable) Title (is ordered or confirmed and all necessary challenges are cleared or communicated upfront) Disclosures are delivered to client in person for signing and explained upfront.. Every client will be singed in person if necessary or requested. Otherwise, disclosures will be turned in 24hours. Appraisal (Ordered the day of disclosure) We understand the importance of the appraisal being ordered on time and have the flexibility to do so.

We have a three day turn time for underwriting. So, as I mentioned above. If we have done our job we can close a loan in 18 days or less. We work as TEAM! Each one of us has a responsibility to apart of the transaction. So, we are dedicated to deliver as we have a responsibility to the TEAM and it's success. That TEAM includes YOU.
