PROGRAMS

Our lenders provide conventional programs at fixed rates that allow the borrower the opportunity to purchase the home of the dreams and still be able to afford daily needs and goods. One of those unique programs is the 50 year mortgage which allows your client to amortized to a longer term of loan to afford the property now at a fixed rate. Rather then gamble with an adjustable rate that might inadequately influence their credit score in years to come. With an adjustable rate you might hurt your chances to refinance out to a lower term in years to come when you are more comfortable with your income status.

Another program that is available is FHA/ VA. While guidelines are a bit limited this program offers the most stable way of financing a home though the federal government. Only certain lenders can provide FHA financing.
