| Blake goes the extra mile for his clients. I was new to the area and he took time to orient me to the places and neighborhoods that were best for me. He worked closely with me during the entire process to ensure all issues were perfect the problems that came up from the actions of the seller were resolved by Blake to reduce my anxiety. He arranged for the home to be professionally cleaned as the seller had left a mess. As a single woman over 65 it was a comfort to know that whatever needed to be done he would handle. High quality broker with ethics above and beyond. |

| Mr. Scroggins is detail-oriented and is attentive to the needs of his client. | 02/14/2015 - xannad Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in Sachse, TX. Local knowledge: Process expertise: Responsiveness: Negotiation skills: Mr. Blake as gone above and beyond to sell our home, and we've also purchased a brand new custom built home with Mr. Blake as our Realtor. It was a long journey, but Mr. Blake worked with us until the very end. Our house was a difficult one to sell, but Mr. Blake was able to sell our home in a timely manner, with a price that we could agree with. He took his time to explained all the details and procedures to us, that other Realtor in the past had missed. He was also very detailed oriented, but not overwhelming when it comes to helping us to stage the home, everything from listing of the home to the closing processed, we were well informed, nothing was missed. Everything was carefully thought out, and carried out with our understanding and acknowledgement. On buying a home process, Mr. Blake took us to the perfect neighborhood, it was quite, but still close to all the places that we need. We got our custom home built with a great floor plan! with a lot that backs up to a creek! during the building process, Mr. Blake was out at the property periodically to give us an update on the home, because we lived quite a way from the site and couldn't be out there as often. Overall, I can see that Mr. Blake loves what he does, and does a great job at it! He was consistent with us from beginning till end. I would highly recommend him to everyone, and would work with Mr. Blake in the future either be residential properties, or small commercial. Last but not least, he's got a great website with some beautiful listings, with the most current updates. |

| Written about Blake Scroggins on 01/07/2015 Bought a Single Family home in 2014 in Allen, TX. Local knowledge: Process expertise: Responsiveness: Negotiation skills: Our engagement with Blake Scroggins from TROPHY HOMES REALTY, who acted as our Buying Agent, stretched over a challenging 4 month period during which he showed us no less than 25 homes. Being immigrants from South Africa on the hunt to buy our first house in the US and limited in options due to having a wheelchair bound Special Needs child, we were virtually clueless in the beginning w.r.t. the house buying process, which areas to consider, ISDs, etc. etc. (boy, have we learned a lot since that first day!). And to complicate matters, we were fussy buyers who were also not entirely clear on their Needs, Wants & Preferences at the onset, plus we suffered somewhat from the “champagne taste with beer pockets” syndrome as well (to be honest!). All of this is evident from the fact that we ended up retracting from two successful offers (through no fault of Blake’s) before we finally settled on a 3rd one. And as insult to injury, the house that we ended up buying was in pre-foreclosure with the divorced Sellers having filed for bankruptcy protection (without disclosing this fact to anyone of us!). This resulted in a dragged-out, nail-biting, touch-and-go closing process… In the end, and through Blake’s persistence and careful navigation, we got the house and are extremely happy with it! Plus it came with 8% equity on Day one - what a pleasant bonus in an aggressive Seller’s market! Why bore you with all these details? To demonstrate that our engagement with Blake was certainly intimate over an extended period of time. We got to know him in a variety of situations that very few of his other clients would probably ever experience. Blake has excellent local knowledge since he knows the areas, schools, ISDs, house builders, etc. very well. He can also provide one with a pretty accurate assessment of a house’s value since he does a lot of home valuations for Banks as well. What struck us most though, is that throughout the entire period it ALWAYS felt as if we were Blake’s ONLY clients (even though we know he had, had others at the time as well). We enjoyed personalized attention with utmost integrity and professionalism from the day go: he would take our calls virtually any time of day, any day of week and always did his best to accommodate our viewing schedules. He answered all of our questions (and believe me, Engineers tend to be very analytical!), did a great job at educating us and remained patient with us despite all the challenges as mentioned above. And even now that the deal is concluded, he still remains in contact to ensure that we’re finding our feet okay! Absolute fantastic customer service!! Blake Scroggins comes with our highest recommendation! We would certainly make use of him again, should the opportunity arise. |

| Blake helped us secure a home after months of looking. On several occasions we call upon Blake last minute to view homes, he even cancelled a evening away with his wife to help us find a home. Blake was a great help from start to finish with local knowledge all the way to exchanging contracts. Blake was persistently on the ball especially with some of the negotiation difficulties we had. It was obviously Blake ultimately goal was to make sure we were completely happy in our new home even after contracts were exchanged.
