Communication ..... that is my number one priority with my borrowers. Borrowers should never feel uncertain about the status of their loan. My borrowers never need to call me for a update on their loan, I keep borrowers informed every step of the way. My 35 years in customer service has proven to be beneficial to my borrowers. My borrowers walk away with the satiisfaction or a greater understaning of the mortgage process. My borrowers are aware of the importance of their role of providing me with the required documentation in a timely manner. My borrowers have told me how I have simplified the mortgage process for them then they had experienced previously with other lenders. My attention to detail has been rewarded back to everyone involved with my borrowers loan.
