I have worked for Coldwell Banker in  the Cupertino/Sunnyvale area since 2001.  I use technology wherever possible to help my buyers and sellers save/make as much money and time as possible.

I have lived on the San Francisco Peninsula for most of my life and feel very fortunate to call the Bay Area my home.  I obtained my real estate broker's license in 1990 after graduating from the University of Southern California with a degree in real estate finance.  Shortly thereafter, I attended the University of Southern California Law Center, earned a law degree and passed the California bar exam.  I am currently a licensed attorney specializing in real estate law.

Since starting at Coldwell Banker, I have received the designation of being in the company's International President's Circle for 2003 & 2004. This award is given to only the top 10% of all Coldwell Banker agents.  I am also an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), e-Pro Certified and an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP). in 2004, I sold over 18 million dollars worth of real estate.  I have listed or sold properties ranging from multi-million dollar homes in Atherton to mid-size ranch homes in Sunnyvale to small condo/townhouses in Mountain View.

Thus, I believe that I am able to provide a unique level of service to my clients that few other Realtors can match.  I use the latest in technology to help find my clients the best home or get them the highest possible price. My philisophy is not simply to get a deal done so that I can get a commission but rather I strive to do such a good job for my clients that they will never consider doing anything else in real estate without me.

Certifications

I specialize in helping home buyers and sellers with their real estate options in elite school districts such as Cupertino Elementary, Sunnyvale Elementary, Saratoga Elementary, Los Altos Elementary, Palo Alto Unified and Fremont Union High School District. With the quality of the public schools having such a big effect on home values, I make it point to know where the various attendance boundaries for specific schools lie. Often the location of a home on one side of the street versus the other can be the difference of $25,000 - $100,000 in value. I service all of Santa Clara County, Fremont and most of San Mateo County.
