About Us

Loudenslager & Associates is a real estate team of Homestead Realty with over 35 combined years of hospitality experience and over 10 years of real estate expertise.

Brandon Loudenslager is the team leader and an associate broker in the firm. Brandon grew up in a small town in central Pennsylvania and after graduating high school in 1990, he attended the University of West Virginia with an intended career path in the medical field. In 1993, circumstances would shift his path to the hospitality industry.

Brandon’s real estate career began in September 2005 with 60 hours of education for initial licensure, 92 hours of classroom time earning his GRI designation, and recently, an additional 135 hours to earn his Broker’s license. Areas of study included Real Estate Law, Real Estate Brokerage, Property Law, Agency Law, Fair Housing, Marketing, Economics, Financing, Property Management, Real Estate Appraisal, Real Estate Investments, Negotiation, New Construction, Risk Management, Transaction Management, Business Development and Taxation.

Brandon’s extensive experience includes representing both sides of transactions of all types including resale, new construction, REOs (Bank-owned properties), short sales, and auction and investment properties.

Amanda Loudenslager is the team’s newest member.  Amanda grew up in a small town in New Jersey and began her career in the hospitality industry in 1999.

Amanda recently began her career in the real estate industry and is a welcomed addition to Loudenslager & Associates. and brings with her an infectious personality, a positive mental attitude and a top notch work ethic.

The Loudenslager’s are passionate Penn State Nittany Lion and New York Giants fans and when not serving clients, they enjoy being outdoors, cooking, working out, and spending time with their family, their daughter, Ava and their German Shepherd, Jax.

Hello and thank you for taking the time to get to know us.

A lot of work has gone into making the dream of Loudenslager & Associates into a reality. The idea was conceived many years ago but it wasn’t until recently that the foundation of our company would be discovered. Loudenslager & Associates was conceived out of the idea that at the turn of a key, the American Dream can come true – hence, our company slogan, “Unlocking Dreams”.

Everyone has a dream whether it’s to become a professional athlete, a country music star or a famous actor. Our dream is to touch the lives of those we meet. The way we do that is to fulfill your dream of homeownership.

The Law of Attraction says that whatever you put out into the Universe will come back to you. That’s why our philosophy is so simple: fulfill the dreams of others so we may realize our own.
