I primarily work with Real Estate Investors.  Underwriting investments to meet the specific financial goals of the individual investor is my passion.  This includes the second home investment market where an investment can also make a dream come true.  I am an award winning Real Estate Specialist for the Sunny Southwest Coast of Florida as well as here in the Pristine North Georgia Mountains.  I have owned and operated several real estate companies in Florida and Georgia offering superior sales service and property management.   I have great knowledge of the area as well as the local resources to assist in any Real Estate Venture!  I pride myself on making money for my investors and help make dreams come true.  Give me a challenge and I will do my best to make it happen for you.
