Land development projects both residential and commercial have always peaked my interest however with the expansion of the Orange County commercial market place because of the recent addition of Stewart Airport to the NY/NJ Port Authority's sphere of influence has meant an upsurge in warehousing, trans-shipping and associated corporate headquarters relocation.
I have over 20 years in real estate project management with extensive experience in residential, commercial projects and site development. Excellent background in site and facility development, construction, scheduling, evaluation and monitoring subcontractor performance with safety, quality control and other contractual requirements. Experienced in developing and implementing regional acquisition and build out and renovation programs for developers. Strategic planner with excellent analytical decision-making and problem solving skills. Continually developing new business while maintaining and servicing existing clients.
This year Brendan was appointed to the 2011-12 Pattern for Progress Regional Fellows program for Orange County, NY. Brendan has also been certified as an OICP Certified Agent in the OwnAmerica Network.
