Get to know Bill Morrow
I became a Realtor in 2004 after having managed and later as a principal in a photographic and audio visual based retail specialty business where we had an extensive commercial and governmental client base in addition to the traditional retail trade. My primary focus in real estate is in the commercial arena. With my strong background in small business and my past client base is an asset in assisting business and commercial clients in meeting their real estate needs. Having been directly involved in negotiating leases and purchasing real estate as a principal allows an insight of all sides of a transaction that many of my colleagues have not experienced. In 2011 I baecame an Associate Broker and am looking forward to using this most recent accomplishment to assist my current client base and of course nbew ones as well.
As a Real Estate Professional I have always availed myself to any opportunity to continue my education and learning experiences. Addional education and being able to use any new gained knowledge in daily business is a constant endevor.
My lifelong Central Pennsylvania residency is a strong asset in assisting a commercial client locate or relocate in our market. On the residential side of our industry I find it rewarding and enjoyable working with a homebuyer and getting them happily involved in owning a new home. The greatest thing I have to offer any client is my experience and guidance.,
