I have enjoyed being a home inspector for over 15 years and have personally completed over 4,000 home inspections. I am a Master Home Inspector and teach the Home Inspection Licensing course at BOCES adult ed. in Dix Hills, NY. Before I became a home inspector I worked in a small company ( 4 employees ) building custom homes for the very rich. The average home that I helped build was around 8,000 to 10,000 square feet. I did everything when building these mansions. I helped build the curved forms for the round concrete walls to putting all the finished trim around the windows and doors. I have learned to frame houses, drywall them, roof them, install windows and hang doors. I can install high end custom kitchens and even tile a bathroom.

  I have a lot of experience and I know how things go together and what can go wrong with them. I can usually tell you how to fix the problem just by looking at it. If I can not figure out what is wrong with something or its just beyond my scope of knowledge, I will always have a name of some qualified who can solve the problem.

  I used to belong to the largest home inspection franchise in North America. The franchise I did own was Pillar To Post. I now own my own company called Can Do Home Inspections. I am also a member of ASHI- The American Society of Home Inspectors. ASHI is the hardest assocation to join with the toughest requirements.
