About Bob Smith

Resident of Collin County and McKinney Historical District for many years, I specialize in Historical, Residential, Farm and Ranch, Luxury and Investment Properties.  Certified as an Historical Home Specialist (HHS), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and as an Accrediated Buyers Representative (ABR). 

On the selling side; what makes me different from other agents is my extensive direct marketing and internet marketing efforts on 17 web sites and the use of bi-weekly mailing to my extentive databases of potential buyers and mega agents, who have clients that would fit the Seller's home profile.

On the buying side; what makes me different is to immdeiately grasp what the client cretieria is for their new home and working with my extensive databases and web links as well as networking; find the home of their dreams.

I am considered to be knowlegable, energetitic and aggreesive in marketing my clients properties and the same is true of my search for properties that fit my clients profiles.

Making clients successful in achieving their goals has always been my goal and end result.  Selling or buying a property have a number potential problems and time traps that most clients need to be helped through the maze of making an offer or listing a property, inspection, and negotiation right up to and through closing.  I am active in the construction, restoration, Lovejoy ISD area, marketing world for years and all of this experience gives me the skills and knowledge to allows me to successfully guide my client through to their homes sale/purchase goals.

Saving the clients time and money when they are buying and selling within their time period is another goal I have for myself.  When I see the client's property they want to sell, I usually know immediately whether or not the property will sell for the amount of money the client is asking. We then adjust the price or make improvements that that will bring the property to the local market value.  The same will go for helping my client purchase a home.  We will work to find a home within their budget.

Through the years I have acquired a number of real estate specialties. I am a Historical Home Specialist, HHS, a residential home specialist for either new construction or pre-owned, recreational and a specialist in Farm and Ranch properties.
