I know pictures sell properties whether it is a home, ranch or commercial location and I use them extensively on my listings including virtual tours.  My listings are always included on my personal (www.bobtyson.kwrealty.com) and company websites which is linked to literally hundreds of others. Of course, they are also placed on www.realtor.com  and www.navica.net (which assures maximum exposure to all Realtors & Multi List Service member agents in the West Texas region (over 775 realtors in multiple counties).  My Guarantee to Sellers: I will give you in writing a guarantee that you may exercise your option to cancel your Listing Agreement at any time if you are not 100% satisfied with my service. This guarantee keeps you in control of selling your property.  Note: In the past 14 years, I have never had to use this guarantee!!

BUYERS: Rather than you searching through the myriad of listings on the website, print media or even driving aimlessly around the towns and countryside, I am available to represent you anywhere in the state of Texas should it benefit both of our interests.  I will also compile your priorities and objectives and complete a search for you AND will assist you in avoiding many of the pitfalls that can occur by utilizing my 14 years of real estate experience.  Your interest will be my interest throughout any transaction and I will represent only you (If I show you one of my listings and you want to buy, you will be assigned professional representation by a buyer specialist during the offer process to assure no conflict of agency representation).
