| Mike was wonderful. He is very knowledgeable of area and all the processes. We did not need him for negotiations since we bought a new build we he also helped us with. I would recommend Mike to everyone I know.He was able to show us many homes since we were only in town for a short period of time. He also did our walk through on our new home since were unable to be in town for it. |

| While searching for a small vacation home in Florida, Vero Beach seems to have more options in price range. It was really difficult to trust anyone because all the realtors that I spoke with wanted my price range to increase. I finally found Mike Boyd throughout my search and he was the only one who sounds like he was able to provide service to people regardless of their price range. I knew that my price was low, but Mike make me feel like I was spending one million dollars. Residing in Rhode Island and not really knowing much about Indian River County and never have the opportunity to meet Mike in person make me feel skeptical, but Mike was able to make me feel comfortable and trustworthy of him. Mike was able to guide me throughout the process and make me feel comfortable whenever the best opportunities arise. | Mike Boyd is an honest, trusting professional who knows what he is doing in all areas of the housing industry. He sold me my first home in May of 2008 and we have remained friends since. | While searching for a home in Vero Beach, we were referred to Michael Boyd to assist us. Coming from Michigan and not really knowing much about Indian River County, we placed our concerns and expectations in his hands.
