Brett Pennefeather is the President of S&P Mortgage.  He attended Johnson City High School and continued his education at Ithaca College where he graduated with a degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Management.    Three years ago Brett was married and returned to Binghamton from Massachusetts.   During his time in Massachusetts he learned how to work with clients in regards to mortgages at AMC.  When Brett returned to New York, he decided to pursue his career by owning his own mortgage company and continuing to help people everywhere.   

Some may consider Brett a workaholic but as a client, you will never complain about how attentive he is to your needs!
